Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us. We can accommodate order cancellations and full refunds up until the product has been dispatched to the shipping partner. Once a product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Approved refunds will be issued back to your source of payment and might take up to 4-15 business days to reflect.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Generally, we do not accept returns or exchanges on semi-precious stones once the product is sold. Since we are dealing with natural semi-precious stones and their products, it is impossible to avoid small holes or crack marks on the surface or inside the stones. Also, since no two stones/crystal formations are alike, differences in colour, size and texture are very common.
We strive to portray the product in its original form as much as possible, despite that the products may vary in colour and texture from the photo due to the colour reproduction differences on the various viewing devices( Monitors, phones, TVs) and on the lighting conditions at the time of photography.
However, in an unlikely event that, the product was lost in transit, please raise a ticket through our customer service channels and our operations team will investigate further into the situation. Consequently, a full refund of the amount paid towards the purchase of the product shall be processed upon the verification of the incident.
